Leonardo da Vinci's, Mona Lisa, how could I resist? It's a completely different experience drawing after such a work than merely studying it closely. I found her, the entire compositioin to be remarkably ellusive, an entertaining chase. To spend time with da Vinci is a mystical experience, the rythyms give rise and reverberate into another and another. I had the feeling I was being toyed with, that there was something being pointed to well beneath the disguise of the surface.
