This
is a portrait of my Grand Mother Frances, she'll be 94 in November. Really
a beautiful, remarkable woman.
It's amazing to me how much she has remained the image of the child in this
drawing, her essence is undiminished, shines through to this day.
Eggshell seems ideally suited for portraits of family. Being itself a vessel
of a life, a timeless symbol of continuation and life's precious nature.
