To draw, to paint, - is to enter into the stream of the pulse of creation. I work with the spirit of a beginners mind - for the experience of the doing. The "finished work" then, is a kind of transcription of the conversations between myself and the world in which I live.
...To work renders me present,
awakens my purpose. stirs me alive.
It's my gift, my humility, my bliss.
And is the means by which I'm best able to make some sense, find some rhythm within the swirling tumult of existence.
